Sad Because Of Flare Up Hi Feel Bad For Me Pls
A MyEndometriosisTeam Member asked a question 💭

So I haven’t had a period since I had a lap surgery in April and was put on continuous birth control and felt SO much better. However, this week I’m in the middle of breakup with my boyfriend which is literally breaking my heart in half and been very stressed at work and with my living situation. I now know stress really does make it worse because I am in my first full blown flare up since my life changing surgery. When I google how to not be stressed it says things like “laugh” or “breathe.”… read more

Hang on ....Stay Strong.Breaking up with your boy friend isn't the end of the world. Try to go to sport especially swimming,it does elevate mood.Try to get out with your girl friend that you best love.Endo-flare and feel of surgery failure causes depression. If you had excision surgery with a non-Nook Doctor, Join Nancy's Nook and make a consultation with one.If you don't afford or in remote country , consult your Doctor that performed the surgery.I know how much inability to finish work ,being sick because of Endo causes great depression. But sure , go to your Doctor and finding options will take you out of this enshalla.
I had Laparoscopic surgery with ablation on June 10 and still having pain . I don't know whether this surgery failure or not. This caused me depression but i always consult my Doctor and looking for solutions. When he cared and gave me the hope for options , i noticed that i felt better although i still have many problems.Don't give up . There is always hope. Will Pray foryou.Love you so much ....greetings from Egypt.

😩ive been there. When i feel like that i remind myself that i am sick and to give myself the same care as if i had the flu. Take as much off your plate as you can for a few days and allow yourself time to recover. Call in sick to work if you can. Have food delievered or see if a friend can bring you something. A hot meal always helps me feel better. If you dont feel comfortable sharing that you’re having an endo flareup, ‘i have a migraine’ is my go-to placeholder. People know what it is without you having to explain and both migraine and endo cause pain and require rest amd waiting for it to pass. To hrlp with feeling low, i like to read fun happy-ending books or watch shows that make me laugh. Things that i can lose myself in so the time will speed by until i start ferling better. I usually choose rom-coms but since you’re dealing with a break-up maybe stay away from those.

Please don't give up! You've gone so far! I wish I could have a life changing surgery! That's awesome! Changing up your diet may help with your flare up. Also, if your able to, maybe pamper yourself a bit, a manicure, pedicure, massage anything like that.

I'm sorry Olivia! I can tell you for myself, I've been where you are. Please know that it gets better. The sun is going to shine again, I promise. Take care of yourself! Love to you!

Hi, I had the lapex surgery with an ablation and it failed. The endo is removed but grows back in most cases. I just had a hysterectomy a day before yesterday. I’m hoping that would somewhat help me. I’m staying positive, my ovaries were ok so they were left intact.
