Ever since I started going on my menstrual cycle, I had the problem of bleeding for weeks on end with painful periods
I went on contraceptives when I turned 17. I'm 28 now and I have tried pills and patches to different degrees of success. They "regulate" my periods, but the pain is still there. I have the same pain but mine is on left side.. I believe the endo is what was also causing this pain as a child, I couldn't run or do a lot of physical activities PE with the worst cuz my PE teachers and coaches with yell at me because I couldn't run and do the things the other girls wanted because my sides would hurt and like you said it's gotten worse over the years I had my hysterectomy and was good for almost 10 years now it's back in full force with more symptoms than I had before
