I took it and it helped but I got osteoporosis from it. I’ve already had a hysterectomy so I don’t know about having a baby.

Orilissa has definitely stopped the pain. I was on the two a day regimen which you can only be on for the 6 months.so my doctor started me on that and then after 2 months I went down to the one a day so that I ca use it for 2 years. And there is still no pain, I do have the occasional cramps feeling which is managed with an aleve. It can cause bone damage and I’ve had some hip issues and my hot flashes are terrible. But my cycle has completely stopped which is the root of the endo problem. I do also have in a Mirena which I thought was making things worse and it didn’t stop my period as I’d hoped. The combo seems to work now but I’m still kinda want the Mirena out, but of course my doc thinks I should keep it in. Hope this helps.
