Vitamins & Supplements
A MyEndometriosisTeam Member asked a question 💭

Hi everyone! :)
I am busy reading about possible vitamins and supplements for endo, and lately I have been seeing Endovan, Serrapeptase, NAC and DIM pop up quite often on blogs and forums. Does anyone have any experience with any of these and perhaps other recommendations? Looking for ways to manage pain and prevent cysts growing without hormone therapy.

I can say I have not heard of these. My treatments were as follows birth control, over the counter ibuprofen, hydrocodone, Lupron Depot 6 month treatment, and 2 laparoscopies. Finally it took have partial hysterectomy to take my pain away. I had my children by then.
