Yip it culd be hard getting pregent if u have endometrosis or been on strong drugs because yr endo need be off lurpon for maybe two years or more if that possible. The if it dosen't hurt having sex then do it. But if u have trouble getting pregant then seek other options if endo dosent come bck.
