Oh goodness. I am sorry you’re going through all that. I had fibroids and adenomyosis. I chose the hysterectomy with tubes out but kept my ovaries, because the risks of surgical menopause were not worth it to me or my excision surgeon. I read that 35% of ovarian tumors start in the tubes, my surgeon said that was right, which is why they are removed when the uterus is. But I do not have the BRCA mutation, that i know of. So I do not know how that changes the recommendations for you.
My hnderstandinf with prolapse is you are more likely to have it if you have had kids. Menopause can be a slight risk because lower estrogen means less full tissue. Maybe a consult with a pelvic floor physical therapist so they can make recommendation?
Good luck and you will be in my thoughts. Sending good vibes
