Hormonal Migraines. Whats Some Solutions To Deal With Them?
A MyEndometriosisTeam Member asked a question 💭

I have tried Midol, Exedrine, tylenol, advil. Ibprofen. (Pretty much all otc meds) And my doctor has me on B-2 and Magnesium. We are trying to get pregnant so I cant be on BC which is what controls them normally.

I find I do better with methylated B-12, vitamin D, resveratrol and DIM. The last two help with estrogen metabolism. But I had a hysterectomy for adenomyosis, so ask your doc if those are ok to take when you are TTC.
