Why Am I Hungry All Of The Time?
A MyEndometriosisTeam Member asked a question 💭

For the past month or so it seems like I am hungry all of the time. No matter what or how much I eat, I feel like I'm starving. I've started doing my fruit and greens smoothies again for breakfast and trying to increase my protein but it doesn't seem to be helping.

Add some good fats to your meals, ie olive oil, walnuts, almonds, flax seeds/oil and fish such as salmon, mackerel and sardines. Olive oil contains the compound oleocanthal and has been shown to work as an anti inflammatory. Fats allow our bodies to digest food slowly, so we feel satisfied for a longer period of time.
