Pain All Through The Month, Still Waiting For A Diagnosis.. Any Advise Would Be Much Appreciated
A MyEndometriosisTeam Member asked a question 💭

I'm suspecting I have endo for the last 12 months or so.. I have many of the 'typical symptoms' however I seem to experience pain most days in the month.. period type pain, organs being dragged down type pain, but all through the month. My periods are quite short, 1 heavyish extremely painful day and then it's just brown sticky spotting for the remaining few days. I had almost daily pain for years. It turned out I had SIBO and that was causing my endometriosis, adenomyosis and PCOS to flare continously. Healing my gut with a naturopath really improved my pain.

Definitely sounds like it could be. I would seek out the advice of an endo specialist. Many gynos do not know enough about the disease. In order to be properly diagnosed and treated, IMHO, you stand your best chance with an excision surgeon.

Feel free to read my story and recommendations tab. That will give you info on the surgeons I used or consulted. And Nancy's Nook on Facebook is another great resource. Lots of articles and a big surgeon list. I've also got a resource list I keep that others have found useful. I have many other bookmarks, so if you want something specific ask and I likely have an article or two. Let me know if I can help at all.

Much smaller specialist list, but a really good start until you get into Nancy's Nook on Facebook
