Earlier i got really stressed out, then got a increase of pain straight away and it seems to slowly but surely be getting worse and worse.is it just in my inagination?
It is extremely common for me to have a stress response in which my pain level shoots through the roof. I was also reading some interesting research about correlations between PTSD and high pain levels just a couple of days ago.
Not at all; stress causes an inflammatory reaction in the body and endo is an inflammatory disease. So when those chemicals get released, it's more likely to cause pain. I'm so sorry. That's why, even though we get tired of non EndoWarriors thinking yoga is a cure, things like yoga and mindfulness do help some folks with pain.

I hope you have a good holiday. Like any exercise, you have to start slowly. But also, I think a pelvic floor physical therapy evaluation is important. Mine helped me figure out what exercises I could do safely at each stage of healing after my surgeries.
