Hi all, I’ve recently come off the pill just two and a half weeks a go (I was taking it alongside the jaydess coil) and I’ve noticed I’ve become REALLY emotional and things are getting to me way more than usual. Yes i started taking Prozac because i was experiencing horrible mood swings on every birth control out there. It could be PMDD or your body could just be sensitive to the hormonal changes.
Yes! Totally. I was on birth control for so long and when I went off of it the first few weeks I was a monster- crazy ups and downs. I would say it took me about a month for my hormones to return to normal. Now I feel completely fine, you just need to get it all the way out of your system. You’re almost there, hang in there!
@A MyEndometriosisTeam Member @A MyEndometriosisTeam Member thank you ladies! It has been a nightmare trying to deal with the hormones and work at the same time, I’m becoming so much more stressed at work too recently with random mood swings! Then stress induces another flare up haha!
