I used get sore foot and leg pain but since they removed all my endo and my ovaries, and had hysterecomy, and on pills and hormones replacement threpy patces help prevent endometrosis coming bck but also changing your diet, and exercise helps , drinking water, more if u not really a huge water drinker, bit ice-tea, or ice- coffee, or normal coffee, or normal tea, or herbal tea, or green tea, drink fizzy drinks occastionaly, and alchol.
