Do any of you have foot pain caused by endo? How do you cope with it? Tips and advice wanted thanks in advance. I have already tried a hot water bottle at night to try to relieve the foot pain along with over the counter pain relief and distraction techniques. Considering purchasing myself a nice massage chair for flare ups. The foot pain is warm and tingly.

I also get pain that shoots down my leg to my foot. I usually use my TENS device on my lower back. Apparently the endometrial tissue I have is hitting my obturator nerve, so I place the stem pads around there and that provides some relief.
I used get sore foot and leg pain but since they removed all my endo and my ovaries, and had hysterecomy, and on pills and hormones replacement threpy patces help prevent endometrosis coming bck but also changing your diet, and exercise helps , drinking water, more if u not really a huge water drinker, bit ice-tea, or ice- coffee, or normal coffee, or normal tea, or herbal tea, or green tea, drink fizzy drinks occastionaly, and alchol.

I’m reluctant to try that option however. I prefer to try less invasive methods first to see if they work. I already have tried distraction, a hot water bottle, foot massage, heat pad and light exercise too. How long is the procedure? What can I expect?
