Oh good. I hope they help! I would also recommend eating small/frequent meals throughout the day. I am a nutritionist BTW and if your symptoms persist i would see a dietitian/nutritionist and a GI doctor.
For diarrhoea I normally take imodium tablets, for pain I take norflex co tablets or mybullen tablets.
I have medication for nausea, I got it from pharmacy. It can gett really bad especially when I smell lot of perfumes on people
Can you have your doctor prescribe you Zofran or a similar medication? If not, try to eat nutrient dense foods like avocados and peanut butter when you can. You can also try protein shakes/ smoothies.
Have loperamide but GP won't prescribe anything for nausea - wants to see if mirena helps with GI symptoms. Already under a GI doctor, discovered I have lactose and fructose intolerances which doesn't really help with trying to get enough calories! Was under a dietician when I was in therapy for eating disorder who helped me with weight restoration at the time but have lost weight again since then so maybe I should ask to be referred to again. Thanks for your answers. π
