Every now and then I get this dull, achy pain in my lower abdomen, right about where my ovary is (left side this time). I thought it was Mittelschmerz, but I am on the pill. Plus the last time I had this was about 12 days into my cycle, and this pain reared its ahead again last night 18 days into my cycle.

Kathleen I experience the same thing in my
Lower right abdomen and there is even point tenderness when I push this area of my abdomen. Did the doctors confirm endometriosis? I’m scared it’s something worse. Your response is much appreciated! Hope you are well!
Yeah, endo pains present in so many ways. We just do what we can do.
Ok, I figured it out. It is endometriosis. Or something internal. It's not the ab muscle. I just finished 6.5 miles. Although I was nauseous most of the whole time, I powered through! I'll keep on powering through until I can't. :)
