A MyEndometriosisTeam Member asked a question 💭

I have just started to notice this pain in my shoulders and chest a week before and during my cycle. The pain in my shoulder feels like I have constantly been lifting weights (even though I haven't), and then the chest pain follows soon after. I also notice that a bit of shortness of breath during this time as well.

I had a laparoscopic + excision surgery in April, and I was diagnosed with Endometriosis, and the surgeon removed it

Hello. I just read your post. This could be endo on diaphragm. It’s real and the symptoms are similar. Usually pain on right shoulder. Last year I attended a presentation about endo At the hospital and the surgeon mentioned this. You might want to look it up.
Hope it will help!
