Go to the doctor asap. Sudden onset of extremely painful headaches especially with vision problems is something doctors want you to tell them about asap. A lot birth control can make migraines worse. But really any fluctuation in hormones can as well. Headache and blurred vision are symptoms of a lot of things in women including vascular/heart problems so best to get checked out by doctor(s). I had the same problem. Sometimes before or after my period. I had double vision and horrible headaches. The estrogen swing as I called it would cause highs and lows in estrogen causing these symptoms. It probably affected my glucose. I had to drink something sweet to get rid of the blurry vision and shaky feeling. I used to take Aleve for the headache but it just makes you lethargic. I am a survivor of endo! It gets better with time. Wishing you a life free of pain.
