Just wondering what kind of magnesium everyone takes. Citrate? Glycinate? Chloride? Lactate? Malate? Looking to fix my creaky joints and reduce pain. Feedback appreciated ❤
Also, just fyi I tried the magnesium sprays and didn't get along well with them. The sprayer always clogged, and it was messy trying to deal with the slick liquid. The body butter is much easier to manage, and it smells nice.
I take Epsom salt baths and use Asutra Magnesium Body Butter. My doc told me I will absorb it better through my skin than through my digestive tract, and it's nice to have an excuse for baths and body butter :)
I use Magnesium Malate by Source Naturals.
