Can You Have Inactive Endo?
A MyEndometriosisTeam Member asked a question 💭

I recently had surgery for pelvic organ prolapse. The surgeon said there was a lot of endometriosis. I have had several excision surgeries in the past, including hysterectomy and ovary removal. I sent the pictures to my specialist and he said it looked like old, inactive endo. There is just so much! And I’ve been having issues for almost a year now again.

Is there such a thing as inactive endo? That doesn't sound right to me. Sorry you're having problems. ❤

Back 2014, i had my last and 4th surgery to remove my endometriosis and they gad cut, bit of my bowls, liver, kidneys to get in where 5he endo was sitting and they removed my ovaries and given me Hysterectomy but they also put me on HRT- Hormones Threapy treatment patches and ultaestroean tablets they tiny tablet u take them orally but i can't swallow so i stick up my bum. No signs off any evidence of endometriosis coming back like it did after 6 months after my first, second, third surgeries to remove my endometriosis.
