Any Advice And Treatment For Co-occurring Joint Pain?
A MyEndometriosisTeam Member asked a question 💭

Looking for resources and tips to manage joint pain that seems to cycle with my endo pain. Joint pain is most severe for me in knees and hips. Any input is valued!

There are some supplements that might help. I took Omega 3 and vitamin D. But omega might make you gassy. I get weirdly gassy on my period and that seems to cause even more joint pain. I want to try something to relieve gas and see if that helps my joint pain, but haven't yet. Hip massage and stretching is by far the best relief i can for my hips.

Foam rolling, gentle exercise, heat, bath/swimming (being in water generally) and staying away from inflammatory/trigger foods are all things that help me. Good luck :)
