My chest isnt affected from Endo/Adenomyosis (thankfully!!), sounds awful.
Have you spoken to your Gynacologist about it or had any investigations done? x

I'm not sure if they're related, but I have suffered from chest pain and I have been diagnosed with endo and adeno. Still trying to figure out what triggers them.

I occasionally have chest/shoulder pain and saw a post on Instagram of a girl who had those symptoms because she had endo lesions on some of her chest organs. Endo had been found on every organ in the body so it could be! Not sure how you’d go about looking into that though. 🤷‍♀️
