I'm not sure as each woman heals differently. In my experience I get what feels like twinges near the scar tissue n even though I don't have periods no more sometimes I get like a ache in there like its Gunna n I actually go to the toilet to check thinking oh god if its bleeding I want a refund I don't know y as my womb and cervix as been took away n so av my ovaries but I see my gynecologist in Feb n I'm going to find out y its doing this

I thunk pelvic floor PT is extremely important and helpful! And after my hysterectomy it took way longer to start sex and it just took time before he could have sex woth me without it being painful. Give it more time hun!

It may be helpful to see a pelvic floor physiotherapist if you haven’t already? There may be some scarring and tense muscles due to weakness or under/overactivation etc that would be contributing to the pain. They can do some manual work but also give you things to work on at home
