Ivf helps. I have 1 kid and another in the way. I have Stage iv endo. If you are not ready yet, suggest you freeze eggs / embryos as the younger you are, the better the results. Some countries insurance / social health system will cover this for you.

If you have milder endo you may be able to conceive naturally, talk to your doctor about your specific case.
