Have to wait at least 4 months for my next laparoscopy. I have stage 3 endo and normally luckily only suffer for 2 weeks before, during and after period. My last laparoscopy will be 2 years ago. I have been having increasing amounts of pain this side of the year and since my last period over a week ago (lasting 2 days) I am in constant pain and brown spotting. Does anyone experience lower left back pain? If so, how do you relieve it? I have tried Naproxen, but it is not touching the pain at all. I booked a massage for tonight, and I'm praying that helps.

I never had chronic lower back pain until it started two weeks ago. I usually had some intermediate aching lower back pain but now it’s gotten way worse.
I have not tried it personally, but i do know people so did. Some got relief. I guess it depends of the individual.
I have been to several ob/gyn and endometriosis specialists who insist on surgery and birth control pills despite the fact that in the past I have tried and they just don’t work for me. I’ve been looking into more holistic approaches but since they aren’t covered by insurance and most cost upwards of $600 for a visit I am hesitant.
