I usually have to go to the hospital once a month or more because the pain get so out of control, I take the pain meds im supposed to and try my heating pad and rest but usually nothing works. Does anyone have anything that seems to get the pain down to a tolerable level?

Tramadol if they will prescribe it. I ended up getting a prescription when I had to go to the ER for my pain :/

@A MyEndometriosisTeam Member, that's what I am also given. Toradol doesn't work. I was also given morphine. It helped for a few hours. Then the pain was back with a vengeance.

What Long-term Pain Management Medications Do You All Use Please?

Are any of you on any long-term pain management medication/s? And if so, what are you taking please?

My doctor has tried me on a few but nothing's helped so far and I'm desperate to find something to help :( I'm at my wits end :(

I take codeine, cocodamol, tramadol etc when I have flare ups but I'm trying to find a long-term pain management medication/method. Any advice, help or tips would be greatly appreciated! Thank you in advance!

Has any treatment or pain relief helped anyone I've had 3 operations, been on injection twice, had mirena coil in and been on the pill numerous amount of times nothing seems to help. I'm on morphine, buscpan and paracetamol nothing seems to help :(

Im still awaiting to have my diagnostic surgery and am wondering what everyone’s symptoms were prior to diagnosis, as well as tips and tricks for surgery day as I’m absolutely nervous for the day to come because I’m terrible with needles and the thought of surgery! Painful Ovulation!!

I'm just wondering if anyone else suffers with horrible ovulation? It's literally the most painful time I have, I've just spent the night in hospital for pain relief
I have also found the only thing that cuts through the pain is painkillers - a concoction of sorts..
I'd really love so help, does anything work for you? I've been off work for a week now and I'm starting to get bad cramping in my stomach too which I assume is from the pain relief..
