That's a big question. It depends on why you're getting the hysterectomy. It's important to know first off that a hysterectomy doesn't cure endo. Neither does removing ovaries cure endo. I wish it… read more
Looking for feedback from people in my age bracket (35-40) who have had a full hysterectomy. I have endometriosis and adenomyosis. I've been trying to put it off but am thinking it is my best option for a normal life.

I am considering yet another laparoscopic surgery (the pain is terrible which has extended to my rectum) and I am stuck in between Dr Camran Nezhat and Dr. Cook. Dr Camran Nezhat has been doing my surgery for the last give or take 8 years but I feel I could truly be better than I feel afterwards as the pains still remain but not as delibating as there were before (That reoccurs about a year after the surgery). He diagnosed me with endo stage 4, adenomyosis, fibroid and cyst.
