I'm struggling to find a form of exercise that doesn't cause a flare-up. I used to do loads of walking and would aim for 100k steps a week, now the thought of that makes me want to cry because of the pain waking excessively causes.
I'm looking for something to help keep off the weight and bring some endorphins into my life.
yin yoga, Pilates, upper body weight lifting and swimming is really good.
what kind of yoga class should I be looking for?

What changes or mental health issues have u had with endo?
Brain fog, becoming more introverted than before. And having to cut out people who did not believe I had endometriosis or gave me a hard time for it.

Need to have something to help with pain when walking in my back and down my right leg. Paracetamol not working I can't take Iburofen . Fot a doctor ringing end of month anyone recommend something please. I'm really struggling.
I would recommend yoga stretches and in addition acupuncture from an experienced (preferably DACM) acupuncturist.

I find it extremely uncomfy wearing them. My tummy feels so tight and i always end up having to unfasten the buttons, especially when I sit down. I tried looser fit, medium rise ones (low or high rise are the worst) but i still feel bad
I came to wear chinos or sporty trousers for the sake of my well being.
Its easier during summertime when I can wear dresses 😁 but we do have cold weather as well and wearing pants is a must.
