Looking for some guidance about dos and donts that can help to make pain less. What should I avoid? What should I eat more of?
Gluten. Red meat. Dairy. Sugar. High processed foods. Alcohol. Caffeine. Smoking. can all make endo worse 😞
I was just wondering if anyone has ever experienced the same as me which is whenever I seem to have 2 or more alcoholic drinks my stomach cramps kick in badly and even for up to 2 days after it feels like extremely bad period pains and hot and cold sweats. Last weeks all I had was 2 drinks and I ended up in hospital after passing out from the pains. Alcohol in general doesn't help with inflammation and apparently messes with estrogen levels. Personally not all alcoholic drinks have the same effect on me. I find that ones that contain more sugar… read more

Anyone mind if I get gross? Fluctuating between diarrhea and constipation for the last two months. It's ridiculously painful in my back, abdomen, and thighs. It's also disrupting my day at work on more than one occasion. Any recommendations for getting regular? Currently cutting out irritants (dairy, alcohol, red meat) but it's not working as well as I hoped.

Does anyone know if alcohol has any effect on endometriosis like causing pain to intensify?
