I was diagnosed with Stage 4 endomet 2 months ago. I had my endometrial cysts removed on both of my ovaries the same week after my diagnosis. I have been taking Visanne since to prevent reoccurrence. I have not had the surgery to have endo confirmed, but it is suspected by my new doc. She has put me on Yaz as I don't tolerate other types of bc. I am wondering what to expect from being back on bc? Will it supress the growth, symptoms? I assume that it won't make it regress? She has also mentioned wanting to send me to a specialist for, what I am not sure. Possible surgery I think?

Does endo affect a lot of other body part? Because if so i think i need to talk to my doctor. Im getting seriously sore.

Any advice on trying to conceive? What has helped, what didn't help? When should we look into IVF, surrogacy, things like this? We have been trying to conceive for 3 years. I'm 24, my husband 34. He had a semen analysis done so we know it's not him. I had a lap done in August 2012, with 7 Lupron injections following. I have tried NuvaRing for 5 months and that didn't seem to help anything. I have stage 3 Endo and I'm 29 years old and seriously considering freezing my eggs! Have any of you done this? I heard insurance covers the cost if you have stage 3 or 4 Endo

Have You ever had blood in your urine test?

I have been on Visanne for a month and the pain from Endo. is gone! The only side effects so far are acne, bloating and prolonged menstrual cycle and spotting. My question is how long is the bleeding going to go on for because it's been 2 weeks already and as much as I love that the pain is gone I don't like being on a period that never ends!!

Has anyone had a hystorectomy? Can you give me all details on it, good and bad? I'm looking to get one soon, i found the right specialist. Doesn't make me any less afraid though. Thanks in advance.
