Hi, Does Anyone Else Have Spells Of Feeling Very Light Headed, Then Start To Experience Pain In An Ovary?

I just had a spell today of feeling very faint and then this stabbing in my right ovary which has now led to the feeling you get before you start your period.

Every week before my period and in the beginning of my period I get really lightheaded, dizzy and fatigue. I also get stabbing pains in my ovary’s but I have had painful ovulations and cysts before so it’s hard to tell what’s what at this point.

Yes, I had that nearly constantly for several months before they did a hysterectomy with oophorectomy. I had endometriomas on both ovaries. So sorry that you are experiencing this.
