I am learning a lot from it! Got me very inspired to listen to my body/symptoms and find alternate ways to treat them (other than meds). Unfortunately I already had my hysterectomy/oophorectomy and am left with just my banged up left ovary before I found this book. I’m hopeful to be able to support my remaining ovary and try to balance my hormones the natural way.
