Have any of you used Chiropractic care to help with the pain with Endo and if so did it help you?
Yes, temp relieve fom back tightness due to endo pain. Nothing long term
I am currently taking Visanne which has been working pretty well until recently. I am wondering what other treatments have been helpful for others? Does diet actually help with the symptoms and pain?
The only thing helping me really is a hotwater botle.

Have u tried changing your diet. Look up foods that cause inflammation. I’ve cut out a lot to try help with pain and passing clots. Foods u r cut out are. Red meat. All dairy. Gluten and eggs. And… read more
