Yes I was talking a low estrogen pill orally, it made everything so much worse than it would have been if I was just using my progesterone implant. The implant wasn’t controlling my bleeding so we… read more

How To Find A Dr. That Actually Cares And Wants To Help?

A MyEndometriosisTeam Member asked a question đź’
Northglenn, CO

So I’m struggling with Doctors. I saw a specialist at the beginning of the year and they determined that I do have endometriosis. He told me to continuously take my birth control and not have my periods. The symptoms persisted months after and I kept having my periods. I reached out and was told to give it time. Finally 7 months later I had enough and scheduled another appointment to discuss it. The specialist is incredibly busy so I was passed along to his assistant. She ignored everything I… read more

Sciatica Endo Exercises?

A MyEndometriosisTeam Member asked a question đź’
Epsom, UK

Hi

What exercises are best for ladies who have s type endo? I have already tried light stretches at home and go on short timed walks too. Considering taking up yoga as well. My main issue is bilateral clubbed feet which is made worse by the endo unfortunately so walking is possible yet it takes me a long time. Any tips and advice is appreciated greatly.

Heating Pad For Work Ideas?

A MyEndometriosisTeam Member asked a question đź’
Sydney, AU

Does anyone use heating pads in their workplace? I've been using the stick-on disposable heat patches. I am thinking of getting a heat pad for my office desk chair but can't seem to find anything designed for this purpose.

A MyEndometriosisTeam Member

I hear Sunbeam is another good brand for electrical heating pads.
