Doctor Bulun put me on the generic version of Arimidex to help. It has really helped but it comes at a cost of a loss of bone density. I'll take that though over the issues that come with NSAIDs, Aleeve, Vicodin, etc. The problem is most gynecologists don't realize Arimidex can be used for Endo pain.

I've also started taking magnesium, though too soon to tell how much it helps. Trying to reduce dairy and wheat to see what happens.

Clean eating, vitamins and supplements. I've added in more fruits and veggies, taken away most wheat and reduced my dairy intake. I added vitamin D, omega-3 and magnesium. I'm 2 months post-laparoscopy. The first month I had considerably less pain. This past month, I had zero menstrual pain. Could be a fluke... but I'm enjoying it while I can!
