Oh wow! That's tough. Sounds terrible. I had a hysterectomy and the doc said it was just surgical pain and painr On the excision but he's since thought it's probably endo inside my bladder. I feel pain and pressure all the time even when I've just emptied my bladder and when I have to go I have to go quick! The doc thinks maybe my other probs before hysterectomy were masking this and now it's more apparent. I guess I'll have to wait for cystoscopy to confirm.
You should prob speak to ur doc coz it sounds like your pelvic floor muscles are very weak. They have exercises to help.
Thanks for your answer 😊

I was JUST about to post something related to this. In my past surgeries, they haven't found endo in/on my bladder but now I'm starting to think it's spread. In the past 6 months or so (since stopping Depot actually), I've been having urinary issues. It started with having to pee every 1/2 hour, and I mean running to the bathroom. I chalked it up to drinking a lot of water. Then I couldn't get through my workout (running and weights) without having to stop to go. Now, I have zero control when I'm exercising. I have to jump off the treadmill or drop my weights and let them fall wherever to book it to the bathroom. I've actually peed my pants 2 or 3 times now, completely emptying my bladder. It's so embarrassing and frustrating. I know exercising puts added pressure on your bladder, but I'm 26 years old and no pregnancies. Maybe my pelvic floor is just weak from all of my surgeries? What do y'all think? Anyone else dealing with this or something similar?
