Anxiety Attacks Before Annual Exam

Does anyone else have anxiety attacks before their annual exam? Most years before my annual, the anxiety attacks are so bad and I'm so convinced the Endo and cysts are back, I end up in the ER. I'm curious if this happens to anyone else. I think it's just because for too long I went undiagnosed with "perfectly normal, healthy" periods.

Before any pelvic exam, and I very clearly let my docs know it.
