I had a laparoscopy in April 2015. I was under for about 1 hour and the doctor didn't want to see me after...instead I was seen in mid-may. In which he told me my body didn't allow him to look inside. He tried several times to put the camera in but my stomach kept contracting and at some point he had to give up from trying. He says he's never seen this happen, and said my case was one in a million. Since then my pain is even worse then before. So questions are:

It was a gynecologist who did my surgery. He says it's never happened. He sent me for some tests including an MRI to rule out anything threatening that was causing it to contract. I am seeing him in two weeks to discuss what the next step will be. The only abnormal thing in the MRI was liquid in my abdomen but they don't think that's the cause of it. I am asking him to redo the surgery especially with the pain getting worse every month and I won't take no for an answer. I know my body and I'm not waiting longer then I have too
What kind of doctor? A second opinion may be warranted, did he even offer to do a Laparotomy? (Which would be more invasive but would allow him to see what was going on). how frustrating for you!
