NatC, Endo can be considered a disability?

My nausea. / vomiting has actually gotten steadily worse since my laparoscopy in May 2016 (stage 4, Deep Infiltrating Endo). It is one of the main reasons I had to go on disability.

Hi Jo! Is your pain always there or more worse in the period cycle? I have had what you have experienced, before I had the laparoscopic surgery the doctors for years said it was IBS! Complete waste of time that was taking medications for IBS. Any ways I had the surgery and they found mild endometriosis on my left and right side, they managed to laser it and burn the scarring. I was ok for three month after that, hardly any pain, and little bloating. But they did say after you have two options, either get pregnant to stop the course of more scarring or go on the pill.
Endometriosis is different for each woman, a good amount of women find having surgery better, but the managing of regrowth is the priority after.
