So when I was younger my oain was always the same, concentrated on the left side, really sharp, and woulf radiate out and that's just how my pain always presented. As I've gotten older and my pain has changed and now on top of thd leftside pain I'll also feel achey all over, or I'll have pain that follows my spine. Does anyone else experience bad back/neck pain?
I have horribly back pain as well but I have other back problems as well as endo. The most painful thing for me was when I would bend over, I guess the chocolate cyst was being squished or something because bending over was seriously painful. The craziest or weirdest pain was an aching that almost could be described as burning in my inner thighs and pelvic bone area...after the surgery that pain went away. I have also been told that the pain in my neck is arthritis...but that's what they tell me all of my pains are (not my gyno though as I haven't seen here in about six months). In beginning to think ghost endo is returning because of cyclical low back pain that makes the every day bank pain worse. So, yeah low back and abdominal pain were what led me to the gyno who consequently diagnosed me. Maybe you should go see yours again soon.
I suffer with severe back pain as well, I take my heating pad everywhere with me even to work, my loving boyfriend gives me back rubs as well but I always try to make time for yoga as well and a massage at least once a month.
My back kills most the time and my hips x
Hi Allison, I think the back pain is the worst. I experience both. Try hot water bottle. relaxation techniques help, breathing slowly in exhale through your mouth. Some yoga positions can help to ease the pain. Our pain will not go away we just learn how to manage them better
Thank you guys for all the responses! I'm seeing my gyno next week so hopefully I'll get some answers!
