I have the exactly same symptoms. I haven't been lucky with the check ups at the clinic. I changed my diet and it helped tremendously, I eat lot of fresh fruits and veg, I am a vegan - no meat, diary, eggs or any animal products; no soy, processed foods, gluten. I know it's a lot, but trust me you will get used to it pretty fast and you will feel better. Add organic (grounded) turmeric to your food as much as you can and google the recipe for "golden paste" from turmeric. It's a blessing. Drink a lot of peppermint tea, in leaves! I drink 1 litre every day. It helps! Good luck..

Oh also the GI dr.'s wont find your end, a laproscopy will find it, if its on your intestines. I hope this helps!!! Hope you feel better!

My intestines were covered in endo. ITs very common, I was diagnosed with IBS when I was 17 when all that time I'm sure it was just the end. Changing your diet is the best thing you can do. I just had my 3rd colonoscopy a week ago and I'm only 29. I was constipated over 2 months I mean the worst ever I was impacted. Never had I felt so sick in my life and literally full of poo ;/ Increase fiber and drink tons of water.

I have the sane symptoms, bowel activity is like child birth for me.
I've changed my diet previously and it didn't make a difference. I think that what works for one doesn't necessarily work for the other
I've had colonoscopy and it showed nothing. I had my appendix removed Xmas 2014 and they confirmed it had returned. I was referred to a Mr Rutherford in Leeds, U.K. Who beleuve a it's recto vaginal.

Because of previous comment: Ibuprofen can cause gastritis which is very painful. I’ve been having issues with worsening periods, pain and ibs possibly bowel endometriosis for two years since my second son was born. I cannot take ibuprofen anymore. My reaction to ibuprofen would take two days to happen but it caused intense stomach pain and diarrhea. (It can also cause bleeding stomach ulcers.) I have since stopped taking ibuprofen for about a year now. I still have endo symptoms which worsen if I am not on birth control. I recently got an IUD which my dr says made my endo flare up which is why my ibs/possible endo on my bowels has been so bad since I’ve gotten the IUD. She said to give it time. I just started Orilissa today so hoping for the best. Next step would be laparoscopy. (Sorry had to give some of my background.) I am also planning on seeing an allergist to make sure there are no food allergies I could be also dealing with which is something you could do as well. Blood in your bowel movements isn’t normal and you should definitely keep after the drs to try to figure out what it is!
