Unexpected bleeding

Is it normal to bleed two weeks before I'm due on after having the Decapeptyl injection? I had the 3 month injection on the 12th of Jan and I'm not due till the 28th! Tramadol isn't taking the pain away and it's not period pains, just sharp ovary pains...
