Try it it may help. I give myself 5 tasks a week to do, I also try to find things that are positive or what I'm grateful for.
Well my op may be in May, 2,5 years since they diagnosed it. We are away in August and the recovery could be upto 3 month as I don't recover quick. So it's pushed further back.
It's our sons 8th bday, and once the op is done I will never be same so I don't want to cancel the holiday jx

Maybe I should do a diary also might help me x its a 10 week waiting list before I will get an appointment and then who knows how long before I get an op date if I get one x

Faith, I beleive or believed on each op that they will cure it and I will return to pre diagnosis.
I've always been fortunate that once they've agreed to surgery I've not had a long wait.
I just take each day as it comes.
I'm now doing a diary which seems to be helping jx
