My Hubby Is On "diet Will Fix Endo" Kick And I Know It Won't Cure It But Does It Help?

Will diet help stage 4 endo as I really do not want the hysterectomy and as I can't have hormones I've been told that it's my only real option, I'm 36.

I have just started - 10 days now (and Visanne) and I feel like a new person. I don't know if it is the diet or the pills. It's worth a try! When you initially look at the diet, you may thing, what can I eat? but there are tons of things... Good Luck.

Keep in mind that although exercise is excellent for the rest of our body, heavy pounding on our traumatized pelvic floor will cause pain. I find it's hard to distinguish some of the pain and I was told by a pelvic floor specialist to avoid heavy pounding while my body healed from surgery. Not sure when you had your last lap. Yoga is what "quieted" down my pelvic floor. Pelvic floor pain is also what causes painful sex. Just something I thought I might add in case you didn't know:)

It helps (esp with fatigue) but I've noticed a huge difference with a combination of approaches: diet, excision surgery, pre-sacrel neurectomy, daily yoga, cymbalta for nerve pain. I feel excellent!
