Well I've been on lupron for 13 months without add back and started the add back 2 weeks ago. I had my first severe episode last night since before Lupron that landed me in the ER. I couldn't stop vomiting and the pain was out of control... Could it be because of the add back?

Lupron worked well for me. I did add back therapy with progesterone. Give it another week. Took about 3-4 weeks for me when I started the Lupron and progesterone to start feeling some relief, but after the first month I was almost pain free (until the mass I had grew back).
