Any one been to see Dr Jillian Main in San Jose? Did you like her? Was she skilled and helpful? Thank you
I haven't gone to her.
But physical therapy really works for me. I have been going weekly. My therapist does internal work as well on external.
Definitely helps with my pelvic floor and my colon issues.

I haven't seen her, but I am currently being treated by dr. Andrew cook in Los gatos! Not far from San Jose, and the vital health institute team is amazing. I highly recomend them!
