Sharp Severe Pain In Ovaries When Sneezing

A MyEndometriosisTeam Member asked a question 💭
Eugene, OR

Hi y'all. Last night I had a terrible flare up that led me to be bedridden crying in pain with what felt like my insides were coming out. Today I'm better aside from my usual daily pain. However every time I sneeze I get sharp and quite severe pain in both my ovaries specifically. Has this happened to any of you or think there might be a reason why? It hurts so badly it's left me unable to move for quite a few seconds. Thanks. Xoxo

It could be a torn adhesion when they tear the pain is so severe that you won't be able to walk.Sneezing coughing and other normal activities can cause this to happen.

It can be 2 things or a combination of the two. 1 is adhesions as Lisa said above. 2 is pelvic floor dysfunction. I personally had both!
