I feel all my lower abdomen is attached. I feel my rectum & vagina are connected. Is that normal?😞

Yes, my uterus was adhered to my rectum, colon, and stomach. It caused significant pain during intercourse, bowel movements, and urination. I had no idea the extent of my situation until they went in laproscopically.

Lol with adhesions they might be... the last adhesion I had removed attached my bowel to my uterus

I can't have intercourse from the pain down there & bleeding. Terrible pain outweighs the bleeding shock ..
