Infertility With Endometreosis???
A MyEndometriosisTeam Member asked a question 💭

I know I am only 19 years old, however I'm always thinking that I won't be able to have children or to be able to conceive naturally. Has any one of you ladies had difficulty conceiving naturally? I would love to hear some stories xxx

In 2008 I was diagnosed with stage 4 endometriosis. I was told that I have less than 10% chance of ever having a baby. I went to a new Dr and had 3 laperoscopies with in 3 months. I was also put onto zoladex for 3 months. In 2009 my husband and I started fertility treatment. After 3 failed A I, I then had am X ray to look for blocked tubes. That came back inconclusive. We they did a 4th A I in January 2010. That 1 failed too. So in March 2010 we did an ICSI. Our oldest daughter was born in the December of 2010. In 2013 we started trying again for another baby. We did a PICSI this time that was unsuccessful. We never have up hope. I was put onto Vissanne because my symptoms of endometriosis had grown back. I was on Vissanne for 9 months. I saw my Dr again in December 2014 and he said that medically I cannot fall pregnant naturally because the infertility is with both myself and my husband, and that I need to come back in January 2015 for another IVF. I didn't want to go through another IVF (g wasn't ready for another 1). Needless to say that on the 11th of February I was pregnant again this time naturally. My youngest daughter was born in October 2015. For all out there never just give up hope. There is someone much Greater than any Dr and any medicine that we take. Just really on Him for you hopes and your dreams.

I currently have 3 kids. I had my first when I was undiagnosed. My second came after 10 years of trying. We did the lap surgery and got pregnant quickly. I had my 3rd 4 months after the second because I did not want the endo to return full blast before I had another. We are currently trying to conceive our last. I believe it just depends on how sever your endo is and where it is located.

i've tried everything for the last 5 years short of ivf and nothing has help eventually i had to stop punishing myself whenever i got my period. you're not alone. talk to someone. you have no idea how much talking to someone or just having someone there when you get mad or sad at you're body. because you're allowed to be mad and sad its part of coping trust me <3
