Legs??? Swell And Hurt To Touch

Does anyone have stiff legs. Swelling and hurt if you touch? Water retaintion?

My legs are always sore. I also weigh over 200lbs though. And I had no idea I was retaining water until I mentioned to my doctor that I can gain or lose 5+ lbs overnight. She laughed and told me it was water weight. Who knew? I think mine has more to do with being overweight. I should eat better and exercise more, but I don't, so I'm sore and puffy :(
