I am finding at the moment it really fucking hurts before and after, and that its pretty much like im always constipated or severe dihorhea (sorry, overshare haha!). My friend told me it happened to her too when it had spread through her body. shes just had her 3rd surgery and endo was in her bowels and intestine..

I had the same issue for decades. Turns out, I had endo on my bladder, rectum, and in the cul de sac. I had laproscopy surgery that removed it from these locations and then I finally found a hormone that works for me (norethindrone). I must have tried at least 15 hormonal treatments, including the Mirena IUD. Overall, I am much better now. I was told for years and years that I was making it up or that I must have some other bowel issue. I felt pretty vindicated when they found endo in all the places I kept saying it hurt! Good luck. I know it can be a very long, lonely road. Keep trying to find a specialist or someone who will listen to you. You deserve relief.

Yes!! I get like this too. There will be times, especially in the morning where I would start cramping then I would have SHARP pain (like I can feel where the movement is) & it takes me breath away. I would get nauseous, then know I have to use the bathroom. My GI doctor is a joke & she said “well you have major scare tissue & chronic IBS, on top of all the other issues. Here’s something to make it smoother to go.” Yeah right lady! I tried it & I had such bad diarrhea I couldn’t leave my house.😡 My OBGYN said “I wonder if you have endo on your bowels?” Well come to find out after months & months & wanting to give up-my OBGYN & pelvic floor doctor took me in to take out my last ovary & Fallopian tube. (6 yrs prior, I had a hysterectomy) I will say, when I watch what I eat. Like I can’t have a lot of meat or carbs. It doesn’t happen as often. But with the last surgery they did find endo on my bowels (which they didn’t touch because it’s too risky) & endo on my bladder which they removed. It sucks-but I haven’t had as many episodes of the excruciating pain before and after a bowel movement. I feel like food is a big thing & drinking enough water. Because I know I never drink enough, but when I do-I see a difference. Big hugs!!💛

Omg yes!! This week has been awful. Thought it was just stress or I was eating bad. Nope.....im about to go on a liquid diet so I don't have to poop. The cramps and stabbing pain to try and go to the bathroom are unbearable
