Hi my first zoladex was pretty bad I bled for a couple of weeks really heavy, then when I had my second I had nothing and haven't for almost a year, hopefully it will get better for you!

I don't know much about it but I'm also on Zoladex but not bled. May be worth chatting to your doctor. Hope it improves for you. X
